One negative consequence is having to try to understand IRS rules and regulations and actions! One of the worst things I have working in the WTR movement is being forced to become some thing of an IRS technical expert. But I would certainly have been enraged if the IRS took my money voluntarily paid to go to Social Security and Medicare to pay my Federal income tax.
